My neighbor told me to call Smokey's and I'm very happy that I did. It's a rare occurrence to find a family friendly service these days. Smokey's tops the list. They went above and beyond. They took plenty of time to explain everything. When I come across a local business that cares about us, as individuals, I ask for business card to give to the people I care about the most. Please take note that your employees are top notch and very professional. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN NEEDING HELP. Thank you all and I will be recommending Smokey's to anyone that needs help.

Our well went out during the night at our farm/plant nursery and Smokey's Pump Service came out and took care of us! Definitely will recommend and use again. Very friendly and great customer service!

Cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I called the office and found the young lady on the other end very informed as I described my farm well problem. She had Brandon come out within 2 hrs of my call, whom diagnosed the problem and moved the electrical box off to the side. He also told me what the problem was and that another truck would have to do the job as his truck was not set up to perform the task at hand. About 3 hrs later I get a call that Chris and Mitchell would be on there way to remedy my well problem. They were setup in a matter of minutes and went right to work pulling and replacing pipe and pump. All 4 people I dealt with were so down to earth and competent that it was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Again a big THANKS to all.

Smokeys pump service came out today to help me with my pump problem and they were so nice and went above and beyond what they came out to fix. I would recommend them to anyone. What a great group of guys. We need more people like this in our society now days. Thank you again for a great job.

Just had a new well installed by Smokey's a few weeks ago. If you want it done and done right the first time, call Smokey's Pump Service. Remember ya'll that you get what you pay for. I had great service from the time I spoke with (Kenny) who answered all of my questions and kept his word with me, to the well drillers (Brett & RC) who were very courteous, professional and very happy to answer all my well drilling questions. (Trey) came out the next day and put in my tank & plumbing and did a very neat job answering all my questions as well! All of them were very proud to be working at Smokey's as you could tell by their comments. The girls at the front office are also cheerful, helpful and efficient. I have been using Smokey's Well service since 1986 and have never been disappointed.

My mom called me after 5pm on Friday and said she had no water pressure. I called Smokey’s and left a message and then jumped in the car to head over to her house. Chris called me on the way over and told me to check the pressure switch and sure enough it was stuck. Unbelievable customer service. I remember them drilling a new well for my parents in the 80’s when I was a kid. It was great to see a company that genuinely cares for the customer and not just a quick after hours buck.

Eric and Drake were very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and installed a new well tank on February 3rd of this week. I am so thankful for all their help and we have running water again. I will definitely call them again when we need help with well tank. They are the best.
